Kick Off Prayer

The first part of our Fall '08 Kick Off is well under way. Thanks to the generosity of so many at the Vineyard, we have raised over $40,000 in just over 3 weeks! Now comes the really important part...praying. This page will list some of the major things that we want to ask you to be praying for over the next few months. We'll also, post the answers to these prayers here as they happen. Thank you for being part of impacting our city for the Kingdom of God!  

Prayer Requests

1) Pray for a location for us to meet in.

We are currently looking for a space that is in or close to the city of Ithaca, that has at least 10,000 square feet. We need adequate space for parking as well. (note: we are currently in the very initial stages with one landlord...please pray that if this is the place everything would fall into place.)

2) Pray for our kids ministry.

One of the key reasons for moving is to find a place where we can have a great space for our kids. We are also in the process of restructuring this ministry and raising up new leaders.

3) Pray that God would draw people to Himself.

The big reason for this kick off is not so we can have a building...it is so that we can create a place to more effectively serve those who are disconnected from God and draw them into relationship with Him & with us!
